Nose: Fresh mix of floral and red fruits notes with mint, spice and gum leaf hints.

Palate: Displaying herb, dark cherry, plum and black olive flavours with a smooth finish.
Grainy, elegant tannins flow through to the finish.

Cellaring:  The higher than usual proportion of cabernet in this vintage of The Cartographer will ensure it cellars well for at least seven to eight years from the release date (November 2024)
