Vineyard Notes
There are a total of 367 Pinot Blanc vines at Rosily Vineyard. The vines were planted as Semillon cuttings in 2009, and subsequently grafted to Pinot Blanc.
Production Notes
The inaugural Pinot Blanc botting occurred in November 2024, and produced just 44 dozen bottles.
Winemaker Notes
This is the first ever Pinot Blanc release from Rosily Vineyard. This old-world variety has been blended with our chardonnay wines for a number of years, but the Pinot Blanc vines have now aged sufficiently to showcase this wine as a stand-alone expression. Our major aim each vintage continues to be to display our single vineyard site’s possibilities. Oak treatment: Barrel matured for 8 months in 3 year old French Oak.
